3 overripe bananas,
3 “chia eggs” (3 tbsp chia + 11 tbsp water; mix to form gel 15 mins before using. NB you can use three normal eggs if you’re into that shit!),
2 tbsp agave syrup (up to 4 if you prefer things sweet),
bit of vanilla powder,
1/3 cup coconut oil;
Smash all this stuff together.
1/2 cup coconut flour (3/4 if you prefer them firmer),
pinch of salt,
and 2 tbsp desiccated coconut;
Stir til well combined.
Stick in patty pans with some blueberries and bake at 350F for 25-35 mins (depends on the oven) until golden brown.
